Don't purchase from this company. It works like grub hub except they don't deliver what you ordered. They contract with local flower shops/ florists (mine was Safeway!) however they don't advertise this detail. I only found out because my mom said the flowers had a tag on the card from Safeway. I ordered a beautiful magenta succulent flower arrangement for my mom for Mother's day. However, it was not at all what she received. I will give them credit that the flowers were beautiful, fresh, and on time. However, I should have gotten what I ordered, esp. for the price I paid. I called their customer service and was offered an 8 buck refund " for my trouble." 🙄. I told the agent that I felt scammed and he said, " trust me, this is not a scam." Like they'd tell me if it were 🤣🫠. Don't give them your money...false advertising!

Ordered and paid for flowers on the 9th for guaranteed delivery on the 10th. No delivery, no call. I called on the 11th, at 830am. I was told they would call the florist and guaranteed delivery in a few hours. As of 9pm, No delivery no call. I called them again and was told the order would be sent to another florist for delivery tomorrow. "They were busy today". The purpose of delivery prior to the holiday is to avoid being TO BUSY. My mother should never feel forgotten on Mothers Day because they were to busy to provide the service they guaranteed TWICE!

Ordered flowers on the 8th to be delivered on Sat. the 10th. They were not delivered until almost 8pm on Mothers Day Sunday the 11th after multiple calls to company. Difficult to deal with customer service due to fact that no one speaks clear English. Flowers came from local grocery store not a florist shop and did not look like picture and had damage. Do not recommend. Find another company.

I’m apparently one of many people on here whose Mother’s Day delivery never arrived. Fortunately, I was able to get a refund, but jeez… you would think they could at least let you know that the florist isn’t able to fill the order. We ordered these a week in advance with confirmation and an expected delivery time given. Was tracking this all day until we finally picked up the phone and called them at 9pm. Seriously though, thanks a lot for screwing up my mom’s Mother’s Day gift.

I wish I had read all of the bad reviews before ordering. We had the worst experience possible. We ordered Mother's Day flowers that never showed up. First, the company claimed they were delivered. Then they admitted that the original florist didn't deliver and the order was re-assigned to a different florist. But it was too late for delivery. So no flowers for Mom!

Ordered flowers for Mothers Day delivery. As of 4pm on Mothers Day they still had not delivered. Customer service could have cared less. They stated “they were doing their best”. Never could get a straight answer as to whether the delivery was going to be made. They offered me a 20% gift card. Why would I want a gift card from them when they could not even delivery a full price order. Never again.

Would rate 0. Ordered flowers on May 6th to be delivered on May 10th. We’re not able to even process the order. Poor tracking. Poor communication.

Don’t trust this company to deliver! Their website states “Satisfaction Guaranteed” but I’m not sure how anyone would be satisfied if they don’t deliver on the day they say they will. Flowers were ordered 1 week in advance. Requested to be delivered the day before Mother’s Day supposedly by 6:00 PM but we’re not. I called customer service and was advised they would be delivered by 8:00 but never arrived. Called again on Mother’s Day and was advised they could be delivered as late as 6:00 PM. I asked for a refund & outsourced representative advised I would receive an email for confirmation but I did not. I asked for a confirmation number and the representative hung up on me. Disappointing experience.
