It was super easy to order and I was very hopeful. However, my mom's flowers, which I realized were ordered from their sister site, "From You Flowers," were delivered to the incorrect address and when I called about it, the rep said they delivered it to the address I provided. They did not. Granted this was a UPS issue but customer service blamed me. I had to ask several times for them to be redelivered and they finally agreed. Then my MIL flowers kept getting delayed from Send Flowers and they kept telling me they would be delivered tomorrow but they kept delaying it. I ended up canceling those because the third delayed delivery date was past Mother's Day. I found it very hard to hear the customer service person as well and they had a hard time hearing me due to the 100 people around them. There was lots of chatter, the CS rep was hard to hear and understand because it was so loud where they were. So many issues and I will not order from these people again as it was not worth the effort.

MY ORDER WAS NEVER RECEIVED I WOULD LIKE A REFUND FOR MY PURCHASE THAT WAS NOT DELIVERED. I ORDERED ON 58 TO BE DELIVERD ON 5/10 AND IT WASN'T. I CALLED ON 5/13 AND THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE DELIVERED THAT DAY...AGAIN NO DELIVERY. I CALLED AGAIN ON 5/14 AND AGAIN WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE THERE THAT DAY. AS OF TODAY 5/16 MY ORDER HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED BY PERSON I WAS SENDING IT TO.

Terrible experience. Delivered after Mother’s Day despite having been ordered 4 days in advance and scheduled for 2 days ahead. Never again!

Ordered flowers for mother’s day which was on sunday. They were supposed to arrive on saturday. When they still hadn’t arrived by sunday, I called and was told they would be delivered in 1 to 2 hours. When that didn’t happen I called again and was then told they couldn’t be delivered till tuesday. I canceled the order and I asked for my money back but I had to be assertive about it because they tried to offer me just 30% off. They eventually agreed to give me my money back and said the order was canceled but then on tuesday my mom received a dozen dead roses.

I ordered flowers as I always do for my mom on Mother's Day and this is the only time I have used this company and the only time the flowers never arrived. Do not use this service. It is TERRIBLE! I have had to call 5 times to track down the flowers and was "guaranteed" delivery multiple times. The flowers never arrived. They were meant to arrive on Saturday and now it is Wednesday. When I complained about bad customer service a few days ago, the guy argued with me that it was not. WTH? The calls seem to be in another country and with representatives who are at home with crying kids in the background. I would not care if I got my delivery, but an added vote of bad customer service. Today, since my "guaranteed" delivery never occurred I asked for a full refund and there was a lot of push back. We will see if they actually refund me. DO NOT recommend. Once I get my money back I will block this website forever more. So awful!

I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering from here!!!!!! What a mess and RUDE customer service, said she was a supervisor, even worse!!!! My order to my mom was to be delivered yesterday. Only to find out it was not, so I had to call them to clarify Something. She wanted to know everything about me, I can respect due process, but this was just awful. 10 minutes back and forth with no explanation for the call. Finally, it seemed there was no issue no questions. She wanted to Cancel the order because I would not tell her the name of my bank! So why were they not delivered? Do Not Order from here!!!!! Buyer Beware!!!!!! Rude!!!!!

Same Mother's Day delivery delay as all the others here. Was still not delivered for 4 days. Finally asked for a refund with their 100% satisfaction guarantee. Hmmm, hopefully I'll get it. Wish I took the time to check reviews before ordering. Don't order from this service!! I never will again.

Ordered a nice bouquet for Mother's day to be delivered on the leading Saturday. I got sent an email that Saturday night saying they would not be delivered until Monday and when my mother informed me that they still had not arrived, we attempted to contact customer support, which is located in India and struggled to get the order sorted. I will not be going through this website ever again, always support local florists.
