I ordered a premium pink goddess bouquet for a little over $70. When it arrived, the bouquet was not as advertised. It had significantly less flowers than the premium, deluxe, and regular bouquets shown online. When trying to contact them via email, I got no response. I called the customer service to speak to a representative that was not willing to give anything other than a 20% coupon on my next purchase. I am disappointed in their services, this company is sketchy. Please spend your money elsewhere.

This company is unreliable and dishonest. I am having problems with my wife and I ordered her a bouquet for her birthday which was not delivered on her birthday, even though I got a confirmation email saying it was delivered. It was so awkward and embarrassing having to ask her if she got the flowers and for her to then respond and say she didn’t, even though I got an email confirmation saying she did. Upon calling customer service I was advised an attempt was made to deliver but the recipient was unavailable. THEN WHY DIDN’T THE NOTIFICATION EMAIL SAY THAT?!!!! Completely unreliable and bogus service!

Buyer beware! Do NOT use SendFlowers.com. I found out the hard way that not all online FTD type flower deliveries are the same. I ordered a specific get well bouquet with a teddy bear and red/white hospital cross and a small get well balloon (which I paid extra for). The bouquet they sent was a generic bouquet with no bear, no balloon. It was $97 in total with tax & delivery and when I contacted them about the discrepancy in the product they delivered, I received 2 responses in LESS than 1 minute, one saying someone would respond in 24 hours and immediately an email telling me they were issuing a $16.97 refund. That was WAY too fast which just tells me they automatically issue a standard refund amount to anyone who complains. Not good enough...they need to do WAY better.

I order balloons and I paid for same day delivery. It came the next day and missed my grandson birthday

We sent flowers through here to my MIL for Mother's Day. Paid for a Friday delivery. The flowers did not arrive until Monday after Mother's Day. The tag on the box said they had shipped from Kentucky on Thursday May 8th and arrived Monday May 12th. That makes the flowers 4 days old already and they looked it. They did not look remotely close to the picture of the arrangement we had asked for. They took a cheap bunch of flowers - the ones you buy in Walmart for $12 with the rubber band and stuck them in a vase with the rubber band still on them. We were charged $95 for that. I wrote to customer service to make a complaint and have not heard from them.

This company is a scam!! Do not order from them. There is no option for zero star hence they are getting one. I order flowers for my daughter’s wedding in Iceland. Received confirmation number and they charge my account right away…that was the lat I heard from them spite multiple emails and phone call - phone numbers are disconnected or go to voice mail. I have started a dispute with my bank but if you don’t want the hassle don’t order from them. This was a special event and they tried to ruined it. No respect for people. If you can’t deliver say it but don’t take their money

Sendflowers did not notify me that they could not send the bouquet until the day the bouquet was to be delivered - although they had 4 working days to figure it out. Never again.

Very disappointing! I placed the order 10 days before my daughter‘s birthday and it didn’t arrive on her birthday and they said it was coming the next day. But it didn’t come till very very late at night after I had to call and inquire. The fruit basket was very disappointing. It didn’t look like the picture online at all and hardly had any fruit in it and was not worth the price I paid! I would not recommend this company!
