The name of the sender was incorrect and the vase was a different vase. Totally dissatisfied.

Flowers were delivered 2 days late. Customer Service was terrible. I received an email Saying they had to substitute the arrangement I order for a different one. Well I didn’t get a picture or anything showing what the substitute would look like. Needless to say the flower arrange was terrible and the flowers look dead. Very unhappy!!! I wish there was a way I could post a picture but it’s not allowing me to.

Flowers not delivered at all, just wasted my money, I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. Beeware, they seem fraudulent operators.

Never received the flowers on 7/25/25 and would not refund my money so I reordered and was given 7/29/25 delivery. STILL did not receive the flowers and the order confirmation number I was given was bogus. Horrible experience

The order I placed was NOT the item that was delivered. Extreme disappointment.

I ordered a birthday flower arrangement to be delivered to my mom. I even paid a little bit extra to have it delivered the next day. What arrived was a bunch of balloons...not flowers. When I complained to SendFlowers.com, I was told they would correct the problem. Three days went by and I hadn't heard from them so I emailed again. Again they said they were working on it. Yesterday, I got an email saying they had tried to deliver the replacement, but no one was home. It wasn't true. They were home all day, working in their garage with the door wide open to the street. Anyone could have seen they were there. Today (a week late) a uber driver (who my sister tells me was very nice) delivered a supermarket bunch of flowers, from Alberstons, with a happy birthday balloon attached. This was nothing like the arrangement I ordered. I am so unhappy with this company.

My sister placed an order to have a teddy bear, mug, balloons and candy sent to my work location, My sister was trying to make sure that I got her gift on my birthday which was Sunday the 29, she gave them the hours that I worked and I only found out about the surprise because the driver for the florist called to tell me that they were unable to deliver the package on Friday, June 28, I told him that I had just left the building and I could turn around and meet him, to where he responded that he was in Virginia and during rush hour he would not be able to make it back to the building. (why didn't you call when you were near the building ?) He stated that he would try to arrange the delivery for Monday June 30 and I agreed. While I was speaking with him, sendflowers.com sent a email to my sister that the order had been delivered. Monday came and went with no contact. Tuesday, July 1, my sister was promised that they would deliver the order before I left work at 2 pm... If they attempted, You readers attempted. on Wednesday we both called sendflowers on a 3 way call and I can say that it was not pretty. they kept requesting to be able to re-do the order and a discount on the next order placed. After all the lies and deceit they finally agreed to refunding her money, from June 24 the order was placed and never delivered and the deceitful email for June 28 stating it was delivered. go back to Teleflora or 1800flowers, at least they try to deliver as promised.
