When flowers arrived they were wilted. There was more filler than flowers. When I contacted customer service. He offered me $8 refund for a $75 order. When I said no he offered me$ 12. Again I said no he offered to resend the flowers. I said only if a different florist was used. He agreed. Flowers never showed up.

What a total misrepresentation of what you are going to recieve! I am so upset about the item I sent to my friend so far away. Their website had 3 levels of the same design, which was gold and white. I purchased the most expensive arrangement and what arrived was pitiful. The arrangement pictured was full of about 3 dozen flowers and greens. What arrived was about 12 or less! What a total scam! I will never order from them and neither should you. I've asked for a total refund, they say they are going to remake it, we will.see. im so embarrassed as this is not the level of gift I would ever send.

I had to give them a one star but this place is an absolute JOKE!!! I ordered flowers days in advance for my mother's funeral and they sent me an email the day they were supposed to be delivered for her service and told me they would be delivered two days later. I was completely screwed by this company. DO NOT USE!!!!

I feel the same way about rating this company a 0. Worst experience Ive had sending a gift. Ive read all of the reviews now and wish I had then. I hope everyone will continue to warn people of this scam on the Facebook page as well as any other platform to hopefully avoid the disappointment and disgusting practices of this company. Not only did they ruin a surprise I planed for my grand fathers 100th birthday, I couldn't understand 3 customer service reps and I don't think they could understand me. I had to threaten them to get a refund, and then the refund was short. After reading all of your reviews, I feel so sorry for everyone that just simply wanted to do something special for a loved one on an important day.

I should've read the reviews before I made the order from this business. I was so excited to send flowers and chocolate box to my dear friend who has moved to a different state, in her new house. She did receive the bouquet, and showed me the picture, but the bouquet looked much more underwhelming than the picture on the website, and also they forgot the chocolate box I ordered with... I contacted the customer service through live chat, and they immediately said "my sincere apologies, the refund for the chocolate has been made. Is there anything I can help you with?" ....like... thanks for the refund, but it doesn't replace the gift-giving that was supposed to me made. When I mentioned how disappointed I am, the agent said exactly the same message as before, and didn't take my concern sincerely. I'm never ordering from this business ever again. Stay away.

I wish I could rate them a zero. They did not send the flowers on the same day, despite my having paid for same day service. Nor did they deliver them the next day. In fact they didn’t deliver them at all!! I received an email from them requesting approval to deliver the flowers THREE DAYS LATER! The funeral was Saturday; they wanted to deliver on Monday; I ordered same day delivery Friday, prior to the Saturday funeral. Horrible.

This was sooooo disappointing the spray was so little for the cost plus late delivery this was a rip off. I will never recommend this place. So little I was so embarrassed. The cost more than $150.00 plus delivery, plus a banner that wasn’t included. It’s a shame.

I regret not reading the reviews for this company before ordering flowers for my mother’s birthday. I was very disappointed to find out that the arrangement was completely different. From the flower types, flower color, and size of the arrangement, everything was all wrong. I understand that florists use substitutions if something is not available but the size of the bouquet should have been the same. Crossing this company off my list for future flower deliveries.
