⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. I work internationally and time is often my biggest constraint, so I needed someone I could trust to simply take charge and make things happen. When the florist didn’t have exactly what I originally wanted, he could have easily just offered me something else. Instead, he went well above and beyond and sourced what was needed elsewhere. That showed me something you don’t always see in business — humility over greed, and service over simply making a sale. The entire experience was completely frictionless. He understood what I wanted, took responsibility for making it happen, communicated clearly, and delivered a level of service that made the whole process incredibly easy. I genuinely appreciate that kind of professionalism. I can’t wait to see what they can do for weddings, because if this experience is anything to go by, I’ll have no hesitation trusting them with something much bigger and more important.
