I have tried several times to request a return. No reply. The website states all returns must be within 30 days of purchase. I do not want to return the item without authorization. It has been over 2 weeks with no reply.

I haven’t received my product. Somehow the tracking shows delivered and still haven’t received anything. Called the company and they said they can’t do anything about it! Just have to contact the usps and they have no answer for my package!

I have had Sena cases over the years but have never had to deal with customer service. Cases are top notch, quality and what I like. This time they were back ordered. Said they would come mid October. I called late November they did not call me to let me know that it was delayed. Called twice in December. Was told that either I could cancel the order or that they would put it on a rush shipping when it came in. I told them I would not cancel the order so the obvious thing to do would be to rush ship it when it arrived. Of course they did not do that, so when I saw it was being shipped I called and asked about my rush shipping. Ginger the one handling my calls and emailing me tried to pass the blame on to me and I said I never responded about the rush shipping. It’s obvious if I did not cancel the order that I would like rush shipping. It was supposed to come Saturday, it came on Tuesday. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. They do not want to admit fault nor when it is their fault or on their end; they do not want to compensate the customer.

I ordered a case for iphone 12 pro max. I had the case personalized. The case arrived used looking. They said couldn’t offer a refund because it was personalized. Horrible customer service. Placed on hold for forever

I purchased two phone cases for my iPhone 6. The description said they would fit 6S which is almost identical in size to the six. However, when I received the cases both were too large And when I attempted to return them I learned they were not returnable. This was not very visible on the website nor was there any indication that cases would be so large. So I’m stuck with merchandise I cannot use and cannot return so no, not too impressed with SENA.

Case adds too much weight to tablet.
