Unfortunately new iphone 13 pro case is so tight it pushes power button and calls police.

Postage to australia has gone up and the product is not made in America (China) the quality is poor Ive been purchasing from SENA for many years I will not puchase anything again

Once I received the product, it was terrific. The shipping was problematic. Perhaps because it was shipped to Canada, the delivery service was not good. First DHL wrote to say that there was no such address. Then I added more information and they still couldn't find the address. Ultimately the package was found in a plastic bag (that was nice) hanging around the fire sign at the beginning of our driveway, not at our house. Thankfully we found it before someone else did. The case itself is just as advertised and nice. I wish that it had been available in more colors, but this is ok. I love the design of this case (it's my third one).

First leather case I bought from you couple of years ago was great, very good quality leather, etc. so when I got a new phone I ordered a new black leather from you but the quality of it was not even near to what it used to be. Then I thought it was perhaps one bad batch of leather etc, so I ordered another one, for my daughter, and the feel and look of the leather was terrible again. You may have thought it was a clever idea to lower the quality of leather and save some money by doing that but in the same time none of my family and friends will ever order your products again.

I have had this case for 4 phones this is the first time I have been disappointed with the leather.

The style and quality of the case has really diminished since I use to buy them for my iPhone X.

Product flaw preventing wireless charging wasn’t listed

The case lacks in several ways. I’ve had it just weeks and the corned which hold the tablet in place have cracked into small pieces. It has never been dropped or put in a bag and carried. It remains in 2 places solidly on different tables. I use my tablet when in bed or when watching TV in living room. The corners have crumbled for no apparent reason. Additionally, the tablet cover has no “gripping” power when attempting to use the cover to stand the tablet in various positions if not on a flat surface. I use it in my lap, but cannot get the tablet to stay in a slanted position. A lot of money for no good use.
