Customer service was fantastic. Cancelled my subscription with no push back. Product did not work for me at all so I was worried they would keep trying to upsell me. They did not.

Customer service is awesome. Great discussion on what supplements I needed, their affect on me and what appeared to be honest and genuine care. Initially when I was looking into the product, I received an e-mail from Trish Williams, who sent me a coupon. I didn't use it, because I first wanted to try the product. I placed my order, however I have not been able to try the product as I had to leave the state, due to My Father's passing. I was re-billed, and needed to contact customer service to request cancellation, as I do not know how long I would be away. I received a very nice e-mail, with condolences, and the representative even tried to cancel the order. However, it had already shipped out. I was very pleased and very impressed with the service I received.
