Richard please keep in mind as shown in the study it can take up to two months to achieve best results. This is a natural product and takes time to build in your system. It is not an instant cure that you take on demand such as a pharmaceutical. Also remember to use the full two months that we allow under the guarantee. it doesn't seem to work as the ads I watched says it does. No increase in sperm but does help orgasm

Well, it works. 68 in March. Even though 3 stars, I am pleased with it but, the advertisements ARE very misleading.
