Craig, you chose the free USPS shipping method which the tracking you were sent shows out for delivery tomorrow. This is right on time and quite quick, considering all the weather issues. There were quicker paid options available at the time of purchase. I'm sorry you are not happy but I'm not sure what more we can do?

It was really delayed even though I had originally paid for expedited delivery. Also not impressed with the product so far. I ended up canceling expedited shipping after 5 days only to find out it was being held because another product I ordered was out of stock. I wonder how long it would have sat there if I didn’t call in. I also sent a message a few days prior to calling with no response. I was told on the phone expedited shipping timeline only starts when they drop it off at the post office or whatever delivery service is being used. Following this philosophy, theoretically you could pay $75 for next day air and not get it for a couple weeks.

Sorry, you were not happy Daniel. It seems you had requested to cancel the expedited shipping and get the free shipping which is not as fast. A refund for shipping charges was issued? Also you have only had the product a few days and it can take up to sixty days to see the full result. Sorry, this has happened. Sometimes rarely when products are back ordered this can happen so I understand your choice.

James this product is not a pharmaceutical it is a natural supplement and it can take up to 60 days for results. Being that you only ordered 30 days worth you probably needed to take it longer. I suggest you try taking it the full 60 days as suggested or take advantage of the 67 day guarantee if not happy. Please call CS to assist you.
