I made a purchase on good faith. I've attempted in like good faith to resolve my concerns. Selure Wear LLC has not honored its own policy of customer satisfaction nor its warranty policy. I've attempted multiple opportunities to resolve and have been forced into a Better Business Bureau complaint, a Facebook complaint and an Amazon complaint

I have followed procedures to return items for a refund. Since August 14 I have been waiting for a response. I finally got one tonight that said to refer to previous email for decision. There is no previous email. They don’t answer the phone either.

We ordered a 6 pack of boxer briefs and only received 1 single boxer brief - missing 5 boxer briefs! Additionally, the order took 2 weeks to arrive! There is no phone# on the website. I can only put in an online request to rectify the order. Have not heard back from Selure. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

This product is not the same as the one shown in their ads. The ads make it appear that the shirts create visible abs, but they do not. The models in the ads do not have abs before putting on the shirt, and then suddenly appear to have them afterward. This is a misleading marketing and sales strategy.

The ordering and receiving process was satisfactory. My problem was the tank just kept rising up to my chest area. In the promotion they said to order one size less than I usually wear. Emailed the co 3 times no response even though they continue to see me Great deals. I want a refund.

From the beginning I could tell I was dealing with a company that had no idea what they were doing. I paid for expedited shipping and 10 days later I still have NO product. I have emailed the support email with no response. I cant track my order with the order number provided. and they actually emailed me to ask how the order was when they knew I did not receive the order. DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY
