"I ordered the same size in this shirt that I did wearing my regular shirts. It is a struggle at best to get the SElure shirt on. After 5 minute struggle i finally got it on wore it for an entire day and it was very comfortable, provided some back support and it made the shirt I wore over it look great. I've lost 150 pounds in the past 21 months so I am sure it will fit better as I continue to lose the weight. I think the next size up would have been a mistake so I am happy with this decision."

As soon as I receive the product, I realized I needed a smaller size and so I ordered it again. The first order was smaller than previously, but it still was not enough.
