We were contacted by our real estate agent and asked if we would be interested in signing an agreement that we would use her whenever we sell our house. At first it sounded like a scam because she said we would receive $900 just for doing this. But we questioned her further and we do trust her so we went forward with the process. The person who helped us through the process of signing everything was very helpful and patient with us and it was quite easy actually. We were still a little skeptical and thought we're going to wait until we get the check in the mail before we fully believe it. But the check came and we as thrilled! We have already recommended a friend and they have also done it. We will talk to more friends about it also.

Back in 2019, I bought a home and met my realtor Lola Carey. She was great! If I had any questions/concerns, day or night, in the wee hours of the morning, she was there to answer all of them. She fights to get you the best deal possible and keeps you informed on everything that is going on. So you will never be in the dark. Even though it was 2 1/2 yrs ago, she still keeps in touch with me. She treats you like family because that's just who she is. I plan to move within the next 5 years. She will DEFINITELY be my 1st call when that time comes.
