A competitor had been constantly making false reports on my seller account and trying to get my shutdown. After amazon suspended my account Alex wrote an appeal for me since he had worked with many cases like this before. Amazon responded in the morning with a successful reinstatement letter! If I had not gotten the account back so quickly, there is no way I would have been able to pay the bills and keep food on the table for my family.

Used for seller feedback and got them in about 2 weeks. worked well for my seller account.

Pablo was helpful in addressing my amazon account issues. Their delivery speed was relatively fast as long as we provided all the necessary info to them. We would like to work with them again in the near future!

There were a few technical difficulties, but that is expected for this type of service. at the end of the day the tech that helped me was knowledgeable and didn't give up. Great Job and I can't wait to buy more accounts!!!
