Company accepted a fair amount of my old CD's during my clean-up. Payment was received pretty fast. Took a few days of back and forth via emails to clear up some points - communication by phone is nonexistant - this is my only criticism.

it couldnt be easier. my only issue was the app that they have did not really work. it would have been much easier with a working app. but, you cant beat free shipping.
