SellDVDsOnline.com is an easy website to maneuver through however it has some flaws. First of all I think they really lowball the customer on the prices offered for the dvd's. However, they really don't have competition, so they can. They do however make it very easy to send in the dvd's. something no one else can really compete with at this time. It was extremely frustrating when they did not have a title in their database. Sometimes the code number wasn't there, but frustrating was when the disc didn't have a bar code number, there was no other way the sight would look up a title. After sending a note to customer service with names, and as much information as possible about a certain disc (actually a list of about 12 titles) I got a generic response, that made absolutely no sense to the information I sent in. NO ONE with at least a 1st grade education would send the response I received from their customer service (I use the term lightly). If you have enough time I would try to find a different company, but in a pinch they are okay.
