SelfstorageplusReviews of selfstorageplus.com

Great company that actually cares about their tenants.

DO NOT get a storage unit at the NW D.C. location! My monthly payment jumped from $58 to $60. They explained that they had forgotten to charge for insurance. Then the payment jumped to $62.76 for the next month. They explained that they had forgotten to add tax. Now they are saying that next month it will jump to $72.30! Take a look at the bogus invoice for $72.30 on my Google Review of Self Storage Plus (Trust pilot does not have an attachment feature for screenshots). This is all in a matter of months. I can't get a hold of a supervisor in the main office or in the NW D.C. office on Blair Rd. after several attempts. They are stealing from me and it could also happen to you.
