Pretty sure this site is fraudulent.
I ordered a shop manual for electronic download and paid through paypal. Their site was broken in several ways. 1, their SMTP server which they use to send links to the file downloads are not securely configured and GMAIL blocks them, but they have a status page which says the email was not deliverable. So they provide a link to a web form to reach out to them to resolve the issue. But the form never lets you past the captcha and the captcha is not real it's fake it always asks you to multiply 2 times 1 and provide the answer when you say 2 it says youre wrong, so you cant reach out to them. If you reach out to them via email they try several scammer techniques to gaslight you if you have already opened up a PayPal dispute, even though just providing the digital merchandise you ordered would be a perfect resolution they do every thing they can to get you to close the dispute without getting your merchandise. Eventually they become abusive in the same way most scammers and fraudsters do when you set firm boundaries. This is telling and indicates a fraudulent site. It's a pity that Paypal does not curate it's sellers better.
