I like to look up specific SNPs of interest. It is easy to do so. I also like the health documents that highlight your strengths and weaknesses. And I also like access to the biohackers blog and how it is linked to your genetic SNPs and their significance. Can't say enough good things about this site.

This is a great app to learn about your genes in easy to understand software. Also affordable prices on extras you might want to purchase. They allow you to upload your data from other places for free.

Depuis un an, j'utilise SelfDecode et je suis très satisfait. Ce site est indispensable pour un biohackeur comme moi, offrant des recommandations personnalisées basées sur mon ADN, mes analyses de sang et mon style de vie. Les informations sont précises et pertinentes, ce qui m'aide à optimiser ma santé de manière ciblée.
Cependant, j'ai parfois rencontré des problèmes techniques, comme des pages qui plantent ou des bugs lorsque je passe la souris sur certaines mentions, nécessitant une actualisation. Je ne sais pas si c'est dû à mon ordinateur, mon navigateur, ma connexion ou aux serveurs de SelfDecode.
Malgré ces petits inconvénients, SelfDecode reste un outil précieux et je le recommande vivement à ceux qui cherchent à améliorer leur santé de manière personnalisée.

Bei Selfdecode habe ich sehr viele Informationen zu meinen Genen bekommen, die sehr ausführlich also sehr viele SNPs berücksichten und beschreiben welche Bedeutung das Gen hat, und somit ein vollständiges Bild geben. Die Hinweise für Epigenetik sind sehr hilfreich.

Very helpful in cancer healing and recurrence prevention.
I had breast cancer at 28. When I asked my oncologist why she thought this had happened to me at such a young age and she told me there was no way to know for certain so not to worry about it, I decided to look into things myself. One of the many tools I used to look for potential root causes and work on improving them was SelfDecode, and it has continued to be a part of my health management and recurrence prevention in life after cancer as well. The health recommendations give you somewhere to start at a time when there just seems to be so much to learn and look at. It was a port in a storm, and one that I am very thankful for.
