I’m an over 65 female with migraines and food intolerances. I’ve been using Self-Decode for almost a year. This is one of the best health investments I’ve made. The website is easy to use, the reports are very helpful and detailed with recommendations on how to lessen the impact of bad genes with specific supplements and activities. I found that some of the supplements and herbs I was taking were actually making my migraines worse. Although some of the results were difficult, I had to read them. I am starting to make necessary changes (which I wish I had done sooner...BUT who knew.) So now I know. Hated to see APOE4 but, knew it was coming because of family history. However, I can fight back with the help this information has given me. Thank you so much for your expertise.
