Customer service was helpful. My main concern was issues with PayPal and MasterCard charges and their conversion fee. Now I just have to see if the Self Decode recommendations are helpful or not. So far, it seems like common sense.

I love all the detail that goes into the wellness reports. The genes you look at, what my variants are, and what supplements I can take to counteract those. The gene packs are neat and the symptom analyzer lets me quickly look up everything associated with schizophrenia, which I have. Can't wait to see 2.0 and what else you add to the site!

I've been a customer for a while and SelfDecode just came out with their new reports. They are SO COOL. I love how they are so much easier to read and they look at a million variants for each report. No other DNA company is doing this. I know because I think I've just about tried them all! SelfDecode is so far ahead, there's no comparison.

The reports are very informative and they give concrete action steps to improve my health. They also are easy to understand. I look forward to using the other tools as well.

After signing up, their special content and webinars turned out to be a great cherry on top. But what totally sealed it for me was their Customer Service. Quick to respond and always super helpful. I can't wait to see what SelfDecode have in store for the future.
