Decided to get my DNA tested as I am 55yrs old but very active. I wanted to determine risk factors and ways to mitigate during the aging process This is an excellent way to improve performance and reduce predispositions based on ones gene's i.e., the only way to really find out. The SelfDecode process was very easy but the sequencing does take time to complete but overall worth the wait based on the information provided. Lot's of good info on how to impact potentially negative dispositions. This is the only way to insure you are in control of your well being. Information is knowledge.
