SelfDecodeReviews of selfdecode.com

I’ve really enjoyed using Self Decode and found their suggestions based on my variances to be very helpful! Customer service is excellent, as well!

Very informative, I’m looking at the Beta now, I noticed there wasn’t an introductory as of yet like the Legacy. Good suggestions of what to do, I will be submitting blood test probably in December, so I can hardly wait on the results when I upload. All in all…this is great info along with exceptional customer support.

I am a 38 year old mother of 2 boys. When my first son was only 6 months old, I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. I had to go on medical leave from my job in the command center for a commercial airline. I put all my trust in and listened to my neurologist but over the course of 6 years I declined to secondary progressive multiple sclerosis. The treatment I was given was clearly not working and I decided to figure out my own health. Of course I still kept my doctors, but I finally joined the game and started taking courses from the ground up. Healthcare is far too linear to treat chronic illnesses successfully. I started with selfdecode to discover my own non-linear blueprint to best navigate my health. But more importantly, to prevent chronic illness in my children and give them the strongest running start in life. The reccomendations from selfdecode have eased my symptoms and helped me lose weight by learning what substances/food my body needs or should stay away from based off of certain genes. Every discovery or diagnoses I've gained in my life all came together once I started selfdecode. The bigger picture is revealed.

As an RN... I'm very impressed with this company! They even analyze lab results you have taken at your physicians office! Even tho yours labs may be within standards "normal limits" they recommend how to optimize your health. I can't wait to get my final report ! My experience has been amazing thus far.. it can only get better!

The best in their categories! I have been using their services for two years already, lots of updates and quality content! Everything is sourced! You can read the science papers for each and every genes described on selfdecode! Can be trusted.

Honestly, this is the absolute best website I have ever used in my life. The scope and layout are incredible. After I did Ancestry I used a lot of different programs and none came anywhere near as useful as this one. The research and knowledge that went into this product is phenomonal. Others like livewellio, prometheaus, genegenie etc are nothing compared to this. I highly recommend them. I really am astonished the cost is so low compared to the obvious amount of work that went into the site and the knowledge behind it. I really love this site.

When I dropped my raw data from 23 and me into their analyzing feature, I was given an amazing amount of information that will benefit my health for years. The best part are the customized reports for each gene and for certain conditions. Everything is explained thoroughly and “fixes” are included. When you know what genes variants you have, you can make lifestyle changes to mute their expression to achieve better overall physical and mental health.

The advice from Self Decode has been well thought out, scientifically-based, not extreme, and has also given me confidence in the things I already knew about what things are good and bad for me. I now know ( DNA based )I can’t drink alcohol without having some broccoli sprouts, before I just knew that I was more affected by alcohol than most of my friends or family.
