SelfDecodeReviews of selfdecode.com

My email query was answered promptly and very satisfactorily!

Its been almost three years being with SD. Beside the quality and reliability of science backed information at the website, I find their customer service extremely helpful and prompt. I have approached them many times with multiple queries, concerns and they have always been polite and patient with me in answering all my questions and addressing all my concerns. I am very pleased with the company over all. Almost all my family is a life member now and yet more to come :)

Great customer service.

The information provided is exceptional, and the customer service has consistently been excellent. I have reached out to them a few times and Cassie has always replied with a response that is personal, thoughtful, and helpful. Very happy!

I've used self-decode for a few years now and it's been great! They are always adding new features and their customer service is wonderful any time I've had a question. I plan to use their services for years to come.

From the first moment of my inquiry about my Membership, Cassie was right there answering questions and hooking me up. I appreciate that so much as I navigate through the program.

I was having technical issues and contacted customer service. They quickly got back to me and fixed the issue. They were really kind and friendly. I trust that I can reach out to them in the future for any concerns or questions.

I'm a high-level health consultant with a PhD in molecular biology, genetics & biochem (Cambridge U) and use SelfDecode all the time to help my patients (and myself) customize lifestyle & nutrition. I can safely say that SelfDecode is a WONDERFUL, scientifically-sound service (which is rare in the world of genetics, sadly). The amount and quality of information provided is spot on - not too much, not too little, with the right balance of detail and further resources. They distill nicely the essential points needed to assess a given biochemical biochemical pathway (as far as can be done by looking at a single gene). I really appreciate the time taken to cross-reference related genes/pathways - impressive! The reports are very useful, and I really love the personalized blogs, which direct you to the most relevant entries for you based on your genetics. Fantastic product! Thank you, SelfDecode Team!
