Simple to use interface. Easily able to upload a 23andMe file to use. Site constantly adding or updating reports. Recommendations are well footnoted and have easy to understand legends showing amount of evidence and efficacy of recommendations. Reports are individualized to how your genetics are expressed based on the currently available science. Have paid for 2 other accounts for family member and a friend and both were impressed. Appreciate SelfDecode’s privacy standards. Emails from SelfDecode average maybe 2-3 per month and are good reminders to look at new reports or review previous recommendations. Highly recommend SelfDecode.

SelfDecode has been an incredible tool for better understanding my health. The fact that I can get insights into what may be going on with my health in real-time by inputting my own labs (or ordering directly through them) is such a benefit. Doctors often don't look into the root cause or take the time to explain test results to you, so I turn to SelfDecode to dive into the explanation behind my bloodwork! It's been an incredibly useful tool and they're always innovating and expanding their capabilities & offerings.

This is a brand new product based on a still developing technology and I have been very impressed with SelfDecode especially in comparison to the alternatives. I subscribed my first year along side a couple other leading services which were also focused on things other than genealogy and ancestry and SelfDecode was the best by far from the product to customer service and everything else (version 2.0 SelfDecode has been implemented since and is even more fantastic). The amount of information at my fingertips blows my mind. Especially since it also tracks and analyzes my bloodwork and with my genetics I get even more specific recommendations.

Self-Decode has amazing reports that give you so much inside information about your DNA and risks (or non risks) to so many interesting things that matter. I've learned a lot by being a member and would recommend this service to everyone who wants to be well!! You get to choose what reports to generate. I guarantee you will find many that you'll want to see results of your DNA and that health issue. They also have articles that will educate you! This is a beautiful company with so many insights.
