Don’t know how the confusion came about. I received an email from you with a link to update the DNA, tried it the next day said no record of the account or email, that sent “red flags”. So, now I’m not sure if you’re a legitimate company or scammers.

Junk mail from SelfDecode is about the only thing I can say about them asking me for a review one day after I have just put it back into the mail.

Useless. Even 'individualized' reports are incredibly generic.

This way, all the information on the site is personalized and tailored to your genetics! This site is absolutely disappointing. Full of bugs, confused. I requested access to all the welness reports since I acquired an annual subscription, these are the only thing worthwhile, and they DENIED ME. They nagged a fair order from the customer. Inhuman support. Mercenary. I was simply offered to pay 100 $ for access to all reprorts. ($ 100 !)

Hi Dany - we are sorry you feel this way, it sounds like there was a misunderstanding of our product offerings. An annual membership subscription gives you 5 report credits per year (when the subscription is renewed). You can purchase additional reports individually or as part of a 3-pack bundle. The alternative is to upgrade your annual account to a Lifetime membership (the $100 offer support gave you) to have unlimited access to all reports currently and released in the future. We apologize if our support staff may not have given you a comprehensive answer as you reached out during our Black Friday sale and our queue was overloaded. Highly dubious science behind the site's reports. They share time to time science backed articles regarding particular genes, but the personalized reports (which, of course, you have to pay for individually) seem completely random. As an example will flag the fact that as per SelfDecode I have greatest risk (written in a deep red background) of several illnesses that have never been diagnosed to me (nor Found my Fitness or Promethease flag them, at all) and in others I actually have been diagnosed with I come out of the reports as risk free. Not to mention the hundreds of supplements you will have to take to improve your health as per their own suggestions - this site really seems a supplement industry effort to maximize sales.
