More information than most people can use!!! I think it is great! It just takes a while to go through it all and they keep adding stuff, which is good...much improved over a years time.

As a healthcare provider, I have relied on SelfDecode to provide me with evidence-based genomic information for several years. I really like SelfDecode and its DNA based health reports! I've learnt many things about me that I didn't know. Moreover, I have the lifetime plan and I really wait for new health reports each week and also I really enjoy learning more about myself and how to self improve!

I discovered SelfDecode initially through Joel Cohen's informative blog posts. I quickly became interested in having my DNA tested to learn what I could about my genetics/biology and any potential ticking timebombs. At the time SelfDecode didn't provide DNA test kits outside of the US, so I opted for the best I could find in Europe (a lot fewer genes tested, but what to do?) and was easily able to upload it to their website. I waited for the Black Friday sales and managed to nab a lifetime membership, with unlimited reports for slightly more than an annual subscription. This has proven to be such amazing value with new reports being released regularly and a major update to the website offering the option to make your own personalised supplementation regimen (which I had previously done manually). The good news is that I don't seem to have any ticking timebombs in my genes, and I have been able to easily implement some lifestyle changes and supplements that support my health. I could have done any of these things on my own, but knowing that it helps me on a genetic level is the extra impetus to act consistently! I believe that SelfDecode now provides their gene tests outside of the US, and I intend to get retested in future to gain the full benefit of the service. I firmly believe that SelfDecode is the leading service of its kind and will become essential (if it isn't already!) for anyone serious about taking control of their own health!

I joined Selfdecode way back when it started. It allowed me to discover a wealth of knowledge into my health and bettering it. It has been indispensable for me. Since the upgrades to 2.0 things have only gotten better and I will continue to use this invaluable tool.

I work with some of the people from the original Human Genome project and who now are doing research into the connection between genome and wellness/performance so I have some familiarity with the subject. Self-decode has the science to back up their analyses and recommendations. They also don't sell your genetic data as some other companies in the space do. They are also continually improving and expanding what they do and improving what is already a great user interface and experience. I highly recommend them.
