By far the best. And I’ve tried too many already. Should have just began (and ended) with this one.

Selfdecode analysis informed me on the health problems that I may have, already have and on the way to have, amazing prevention tool, if only would have been invented 30 years ago..:)

Hi Carmen -- if only we had a time machine! I am amazed by the volume of personalized information that this company provides! I feel like I am in a lab, looking at my own biological processes, under microscope. The DNA report gives me deep insight into what supplementation and lifestyle changes I need to make to stay healthy.

Self decode was suggested to me by someone whose opinion I value. After using it I understand why. I received many tips from the insights that were provided AND they keep coming up with more! I love how, as the science progresses, they are able to keep updating my information. This is NOT a one and done DNA experience.

Everyone I have shown this to has been amazed at what it can tell about you just from your genes. There are various levels of information for the everyday person to the seasoned biohacker. The rate at which these guys are adding new health reports and updating existing ones is awesome. Its honestly a steal for the price it is.

I've dealt with a variety of seemingly unrelated symptoms my entire life including eczema, asthma, hives, heart palpitations, gut issues, depression, anxiety and others. As most people, I sought help from all sorts of specialists with no results except for piles of meds/therapies that didn't work. Self Decode has been a game changer for me. I now understand that all my symptoms are not only related, but also have a genetic predisposition. Based upon what I've learned, I have been able to request targeted testing from my health providers and have found supplements/medications that have greatly reduced my symptoms.
