Ordered 2 Wejoy Tanning Chairs on November 25, 2025. The chairs were never received. The company never replied to email or voice message refund request. Avoid this company!

Awful. Immediate credit card charge, amazon tracker provided that leads to no where. They’re a total scam, don’t bother. If it seems too good to be true, it’s bc it is!

I ordered and paid for an item from their website on December 31, 2025. On January 2nd, I received an email from them telling me the item was on its way, and they gave me a tracking number (an Amazon tracking number). I clicked the link, and got to the Amazon.com website, where I was informed that the tracking number "doesn't exist." I have written three emails to them (never got responses), called them (couldn't reach anyone), and then used a "contact form" from their website, which has also not been answered. As of today, I'm tossing in the towel. I think I've been scammed. I have to take it up with my card company now, I guess.

Ordered a Christmas gift and as soon as I ordered I got a notification "order is on the way" which was 9 days ago. I have been calling, emailing, and trying to contact someone via chat with zero responses trying to get the status of my order. Super quick to charge my card but will not respond. I have tried contacting them every day for the past 5 days.

I placed an order on December 1st and have heard nothing or received the item 3 weeks later. I have tried to contact them several times with no response.

Zero communication from customer service. Sent an email saying my order was in route and 6 days later got an email saying they cancelled my order Absolutely horrible customer service.

If I could give a negative star...Contacted them several times with no response. I ordered 3 pairs of sheers but only received one pair. I returned the one pair, but was not given a full refund for my purchase of 3 pairs.

No response to any phone call or email. They said my item has shipped but no tracking or details on shipment. Not sure if my item is even truly available
