I purchased a Sekoda Electric Shaver recently. After trying the shaver it grabs your skin and does not glide smoothly. I contacted Sekoda and asked to return the shaver. Sekoda responded offering me 2 options. They offered 3% refund and keep the product or return it if I paid the shipping $65 Canadian plus a 15% handling fee which is $25. I can understand having to pay for shipping if I was returning the product because I simply didn't like it. This is not the case, the product is not usable. Because of this I can would not recommend buying any products from Sekoda in the future.

When i saw that shipping was from China, i cancelled the order, they do not care. I have send many mails asking for confirmation that the order was cancelled and that i would get my money back. They do not reply to emails, i have not received the product, and i have only once gotten a reply from them, when i asked when they would deliver to me, the replied but have never seen any product from them, and that is good, but i want my money back

Animateur de randonnée, j'ai commandé cette montre dans le but de remplacer mon ancienne polar. Déception lors de l'utilisation :les données gps sont fausses et le fonctionnement est compliqué. La notice n'est pas fournie et pour l'avoir il faut passer par un cite qui vous demande 0,45€ avec obligation de s'abonner à un accès mensuel au tarif de 29,90€ . Impossible de la retourner. GROSSE ARNAQUE

Do not buy from this website! I, like others here, have been fooled by the BS branding pertaining to be good quality and well reviewed. I just waited a week for my £99 earbuds which came in generic rubbish packaging and I just knew instantly I’d been fooled. Haven’t even opened them and I’m highly, highly doubting I’ll get anything by way of a refund/return. Do not buy from this brand!

C'est une belle arnaque, bien orchestrée avec le concours du site mywisepick.com qui est également à proscrire ! No de suivi bidon, pas de réponse du soi disant support, etc.

Kiggede på bedst i test, og her lå uret i top. Ved Bedst i test kunne man trykke på billigste forhandler. Den var ca. 200-kr billigere end andre og kun få ure tilbage. Tastede og bestilte. Da jeg modtog bekræftelsen, kunne jeg se, at der var flere fejl i det skrevne. Gjorde mig usikker og checkede anmeldelser og alle anmeldelser var negative. Jeg forsøgte under 2 timer efter bestillingen at få annulleret handlen men forgæves. Har nu modtaget uret, og det kom fra Kina, og er en dårlig kopivare som alle andre anmeldere havde skrevet. Har bedt om at lade handlen gå tilbage, og efter 10 dage kom svaret, og det vil koste 35 pund og de vil ved siden af modregne med 15 % og hvis de ikke modtager uret i Kina, får man ingen penge retur. J’ai commandé un SEKODA BONE CONDUCTION le 5/10/25. Cela fait depuis le 16 octobre que le colis n’a pas bougé. Malgré plusieurs relances. Rien n’a changé. Je pense que c’est une vraie arnaque fuyez ce site vous risquez de perdre votre argent. Je suis dégoûté.
