Great saw for what I need it to do. Customer Service extremely professional, courteous, and responsive. Very pleased with the saw and the experience

I have an 8 inch electric chainsaw that the chaingaurd had some damage. Through some easy communication with Fona Ricky I was told that the saw was discontinued. But that they were sending me a new saw. If that isn't great customer support. I don't know what is. Will definitely be buying more tools from Seesiii in the future. Thank you for being a stand up company. Nothing better then a company that stands behind their product.

We purchased the battery operated chainsaw. It works great! Customer service was very prompt and helpful. We needed a replacement part that got shipped to us very quickly. I'm very satisfied so far!
