Received a 2lb box for my birthday
Received a 2lb box for my birthday, I was so happy! I have been eating Sees since I can remember, I know all of the pieces, what has come and gone over the years. The candy was not fresh, the chocolate, especially the dark chocolate has changed. Somewhat flavorless and almost waxy. Even the hand made swirls and designs on top that differentiate the candies are a bit different. The candies were mostly flat, not the beautiful presentation that I have always known. The ingredients include corn syrup, the nuts are now pulverized instead of pieces in several of my favorites, I could probably list 10 changes to my beloved candies but for now I will conclude with how disappointing my large box of Sees candy was, a gift for a very special landmark birthday.
