Hi Jim, Thank you so much for your 5-star review! We greatly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. We understand your concerns about the inclusion of linen and towels as extras. Unfortunately, the decision on what is included in the base price and what is considered an extra is determined by the yacht operators. We share your sentiment and regret that basic necessities like linen and towels are not systematically included in the base price. At Seeksail, we advocate for more transparent and uniform pricing structures within the industry. We believe that improving these standards will enhance the overall customer experience. Rest assured, we will bring this issue up at the next Industry Association meeting and push for changes that will benefit our valued clients. We are delighted to hear that you found our communication and follow-up emails efficient. Your feedback is invaluable to us as we strive to provide exceptional service and differentiate ourselves in the industry. Thank you once again for your constructive feedback and your 5-star rating. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future, under improved conditions. Best regards, The Seeksail Team www.seeksail.com +1-302-253-7553
