The shipping was fast, but when my frames arrived they were broken, had a scratched display surface, and I paid extra to ensure against issues, as I expected they would be cheaply made and of low quality. Disappointing but not shocking.

It's little more than a scam. Items came broken and they don't give back the money, although I've paid for guarantee.

Ordered a frame for displaying artwork. It arrived with two scratch marks on the front meaning it can’t be used. I wrote to them raising a complaint and they said it was fine on leaving the warehouse and there’s nothing they can do. Utter rubbish and poor service - do not recommend!

Scammers - refuse to acknowledge an order cancellation (after a 3 week wait to have it fulfilled) and then send broken goods. Will not refund the purchase. STAY AWAY!!!
