BEWARE!!! IT'S A TOTAL SCAM.. They are stealing people's money. It's ridiculous!!!! They are posting appealing publicity around social media.. they sell you broken cheaply made frames and offer a max of $5 dollar refund for $44 dollar damaged items. I never fall for this kind of BS but naively I gave it a try because the item idea itself was good.. It's irritating to think these scammers are getting rich by stealing people with fake advertisements. If you see their advertisement around Facebook, Instagram or whatever, just report them as fraud. Social Media platforms should ban them permanently.

Awful. Similar experience as the other reviewers. Their instagram ads are misleading. The pictures shown look much larger than what I received. They say it’s made in US but it’s shipped from China. They won’t accept a return or refund me. UPS added additional charges to my final invoice.

Poor quality Poor service I purchased item and not received an update 2 months. They do not answer emails.

Terrible quality, they won’t refund, sent wrong order I am very disappointed. Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Also was sent a bill from ups with an additional delivery charge. Will never order anything from this site again.

This company advertises for “made in the USA” and they are NOT. Their products are crap and they will not follow their return policy from their website. Do not buy from this company. Again I repeat, DO NOT BUY from this company. Customer service will go back and forth with you so you have to keep their terribly made products and they will never refund you saying that the fee is too expensive to send back to China. I am disgusted and sad I fell for this company.

I feel like an idiot for going to seeing bliss via a link, I wish I had been here to read the reviews, this company is freud. Sure they sent products but they are poor quality for the price, poor packaging as both our frames came damaged, they refused exchange or refund. The promises on their marketing are all fake - do not buy from this company!! Products going in the bin.

terrible quality

Ordered wrong size frames and wanted ro return for a refund and they kept saying they didn't send the wrong size. And proceeded to offer me £3 refund and refuse me to refund it back to warehouse. Terrible service. DO NOT ORDER from them. If you get to read this 1st. So stuck with these tiny frames which is no use.
