Never received order! Never got a response after several emails. Not a way to get refunded! Scam!! Don’t get fooled and avoid this company to prevent you losing your money!!

Never received order.

Spent $650 only half came up. Nobody responds to numerous emails. Their “refund/replacement” button doesn’t work. SCAM!

I never received my order but you were paid. The order was right at $400. It was due to be here over a week ago. I have emailed so many times without a response. I even emailed back to the congraduation being a valued customer for a month. There is no phone number to call for you talk to someone directly. I guess the only thing left to do, is to see if bank can help me get my money back. The sad thing I was excited to have a garden this year and planned to buy more sheets for my children's garden at the daycare. My personal number is 803-720-4434.

I was so excited about these. I followed the instructions and only one type of flower actually sprouted. I wish I was able to include an image. I contacted them and they were willing to send replacement pods. However, the initial shipment came with 1 extra pod per flower type which I planted in a pot, and only the same flower sprouted, so clearly bad seeds. I wanted my money back but they refused.

I followed the instructions to a T because I really wanted this to work. But only ONE basil sprouted and it's very slow growing. A complete waste of money.

Junk product never grew never warrantied no call back

Poor communication, it’s been a month and no order and I paid to have it expedited. Why do companies like this suck so badly. My garden has missed a big part of its growth season thanks to these imposters.
