Ordered a month ago. Still shows as preparing order, despite their shipping page saying orders are processed in 5-7 days this time if year. Worse, they just do not respond to or acknowledge inquiries regarding your order. They are very quick to steal your money however. Have been unable to cancel or get my refund. Zero customer service. Horrible company.

ZERO STARS. NEVER SHIPPED. SCAM. Ordered on April 22 and, same story as the others, never shipped. Build time when I ordered was 3 to 5 business days, and I paid for expedited shipping. Two weeks later, the order had not shipped and still showed that it was being prepared, so I emailed to cancel as it was going to be too late to plant when it arrived. No response. Followed up again to cancel. No response. Little did I know that they charged my card the full amount the day I placed the order, as opposed to when the order actually shipped. Disputed it with AMEX, and they promptly refunded my money - AMEX did, that is - not seedsheets. I really hope AMEX, BBB, etc. go after these scammers to recover monies. Incredibly disappointed. Thought I could count on a product backed by Shark Tank and on national television, and this has been one of the scammiest transactions I’ve been involved in.

Zero Stars. Same story as others. Ordered on April 22, and now May 22 with no shipment. Zero customer service. Had to download an app just to track a non-existent shipment No responses to emails. Just want a response or a refund. Total scam. Can we contact GMA or Sharktank not to promote this BS?

This is the worst company you will ever work with- I think it's really just a scam. The BBB should get involved. They don't communicate about your order and one month later- no delivery and no refund and no notification. You cannot even contact anyone to refund the money. STAY FAR AWAY!!!

Have placed order for 150 dollars over 2 weeks ago. Sent company messages with no response. No way to cancel and has already taken the money.

I ordered a seedsheet 5 weeks ago, nothing has arrived or been shipped. I can't get them to respond on Facebook, emails, or texts. The growing season for planting seeds in my region is almost done. Horrific customer service

If I could rate this a zero, I would. Ordered over $519 in product which has never arrived. Multiple emails and contact forms have gone unnoticed or ignored. I even joined the FB group to see if it was me. Wish I had done that FIRST! I purchased these due to the Shark Tank reviews but will never do that again. It has been a month with no reply, no tracking number, nothing. Also, I ordered through Shop - don't do that either. There is no support from them for your purchases! Sooo disappointed, but at least my local nursery will get my business for the season.
