White widow auto flower only half of the 50 seeds came up ..several plants were different when fully flowered there were 2 different strains .not real impressed especially the cost and the outcome verry disappointing..ps I followed germination instructions exactly .

I bought $200 in seeds then I got an email saying my order wasn't complete so I made it complete You guys double charged me $400 and sent more seeds that I didn't need or want then three of them haven't even sprouted so I had a plant another three and hopefully they'll sprout and you have no way of contacting you to let you know I didn't want that order I tried sending emails you guys wouldn't respond !!!!!!!!!!

These f#cks are scammers. I bought 2 different seeds worth $114 and they never arrived. They never even shipped. Customer care reps kept lying to me for weeks till I clocked what was going on. STAY AWAY FROM THESE B#STARDS!

Been going plants for sometime now. Had an issue with the seeds I ordered from them not sprouting. Did a set of two with no results. Tried another two same thing. Call customer service gave me the runaround. Gave me a discount coupon that didn’t apply to my Particular seeds . I asked for a coupon for shipping to ease the pain. Nothing I would think they would’ve replaced them but it was bad customer service throughout. They did reply in a few days after I emailed, but it was foolishness. I ended up buying it somewhere else. Royal Queen seeds. No problem, free shipping.

I purchased 5 seeds Invoice 357841. I only grow 2-3 plants from seed at a time The first two seeds have not germinated after 12 days in soil. Water/PH registered within range. Can I have these two seeds replaced?

Package arrived opened. The seal of the package was terrible. Have bought from this bank twice. First order was missing a package, my last order had an open package. Will not be using this seedbank again. Still no return from customer service email that's been almost 48 hours.
