Exceptional service
Ian was thorough and punctual. He contacted us at the perfect time where we were stuck with an abandoned trademark and needed to file another one at the same time. Give Ian a raise. He’s deserving.
I have been working with Ian from Secure Mark USA. Ian originally reached out to me because I previously submitted an application that had been abandoned by the previous company that I hired. When I reached out
When I reached out, I didn’t even know if I still had a shot at protecting my brand name it felt like I might’ve waited too long. But they looked into it without wasting time or giving me false hope.
