GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I was being hounded and pressured by other trademark companies but Rick was patient and not pushy with me. He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and answered all my questions and sent a list of answered questions I didnt have the knowledge to ask. I feel secure in my decision to trust Rick and feel safe that he has my best interest at heart

Abandoned Trademark
My trademark was in jeopardy of getting abandoned and Ian Miller refiled for me and got it back on track with continuous correspondence throughout the entire process, I highly recommend him and Secure Mark to handle your trademark issues

Humans behind the company
I had some family emergencies come up and missed a filing deadline on my trademark. Sr Case Analyst Alex reached out during the middle of my family stuff and was patient and kind. Once I had more time, Alex and his staff were able to help me re-secure my trademark. Beyond appreciate the time Alex took to help. Most companies just don’t care about the personal side of things.
