I unfortunately won't be using this company anymore because they refuse to use any shipping company besides USPS. I've had my limit of waiting 10-15 days for delivery. So long Secret Nature

DO NOT PAY FOR ONE DAY SHIPPING! CODY WITH SECRET NATURE CUSTOMER SUCCESS JUST CONFIRMED THAT ALTHOUGH YOU PAY $40.00 FOR ONE DAY SHIPPING "Orders can take 1-3 business days to process before shipment, although we usually ship express orders same day/next day." THIS HAS HAPPENED TWICE NOW AND THEY NEED TO DO SOME ACCOUNT VERIFICATION NOW THAT I QUESTIONED THE $40 CHARGE WHEN IT DOESN'T SHIP IN ONE DAY. SECRETNATURE LIES TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Very poor customer service. I just spent $184 dollars with them , waited 5 days for the package to arrive and when it arrived it was empty. There was nothing in the package but there paper work. I don’t think this is an honest mistake. I called the customer service number mailbox is full. I wrote an email, the last time I did that no one answered.

5X + Super freundlicher Kontakt. Kompotent. Top Produkte. Extrem schnelleLieferung. Gerne wieder. Danke Joachim

Great company, awesome products!!! They ship my order after being placed with them, I enjoy there flower, & vapes also pre rolls. High quality products, superb condition, smells great, feels great, looks great!!! They have friendly & active customer service, and there good at business.

I purchased the Forbidden Fruit CBD Vape from Secret Nature hoping for a calming effect to help manage my anxiety. Unfortunately, it did absolutely nothing for me no noticeable relaxation or relief, even after repeated use. What concerns me more is how misleading the product reviews are. I later found out they offer 35% discounts in exchange for positive reviews, which explains the overwhelmingly glowing feedback. They also don’t publish any negative reviews on their site I haven’t seen a single critical review since 2020. The product contains no THC at all, which might be fine for some, but for me, it made it completely ineffective. I don’t expect miracles, but I do expect honesty both about product performance and how reviews are gathered. For the price, this just felt like a waste.

Been buying THC-A flowers from this website for the past 6 months or so, they have great stuff! Quick shipping, and often have 30% discounts available. Highly recommend! The THC-A Greenhouse, and Surprise Pack, are my go to, they're a great deal.
