Exceptional service every single time! I’ve placed multiple orders with Shane and the team, and they’ve consistently delivered impeccable service. Communication is always prompt, friendly, and professional. Shipping is fast, packaging is excellent, and everything arrives exactly as promised. It’s rare to find a company this reliable and attentive — I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic customer service! I ordered Weta Theoden on Snowmane from Secret Compass and the statue was known to have hairline cracks on the leg from the factory and even though mine arrived after Weta's cut off date for replacement, Shane at Secret Compass managed to get a replacement sorted with Weta. Had some other issues that were the fault of Weta but these were also promptly resolved by Shane. Can't recommend Secret Compass enough!

The original statue I ordered from Secret Compass was lost by UPS. I contacted Shane and he was very helpful. He refunded me instantly and I bought a different statue directly from them instead of through eBay (though eBay had nothing to do with the missing statue and were very helpful as well). This statue arrived in perfect condition and in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone that asked me and I will definitely do business with them again. Thanks Shane !

Thanks for your transaction + positive review! WARNING TO CONSUMERS: DO NOT ALLOW TRUSTPILOT TO DICTATE TRUSTWORTHINESS, AS THEY ALLOW FAKE REVIEWS FROM BUYERS OPENLY COMMITTING FRAUD, AND REFUSE TO REMOVE THEM, EVEN WHEN PROVIDED WITH EVIDENCE. ALSO, THEY ALLOW PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT EVEN CUSTOMERS TO LEAVE REVIEWS FOR BUSINESSES, WHICH OPENS THE DOOR TO INDIVIDUALS BOMBING BUSINESSES THAT THEY DON'T LIKE, WITH NO REPERCUSSIONS. Furthermore, this is NOT a legitimate platform for reviewing businesses, negative or positive. They are a "pay to play" for-profit business, extorting businesses to pay for increasingly higher costs, for access to "customer service" that may or may not help the business. There are 1000s of complaints from businesses and consumers, on the fake reviews allowed on their platform, positive and negative.
