While other places will just offer you a partial refund if you received a damaged product, Secret Compass stand by their product and service. They will work with the Manufacturer and get the Statue or figure replaced. That happened in my case. I received a damaged Bust. They asked for pictures, then worked with me on sending a replacement. Shane is amazing and so is the rest of their staff. Thank you!! You have a returning customer!
