Ordered a big ticket item and after a couple weeks of no movement on the shipping I reached out. They told me that the item appeared to be lost in post and that they filed a claim. I went ahead and requested a refund at that point and they issued it immediately. They even asked me if there was anything else I may be interested in and they were willing to offer a discount. I've dealt with other sellers who take forever to to messge back (months) or try to refuse refunds for items never delivered. Didn't have that here. Secret Compass was great and because of their service I will keep them in mind for future purchases. Shame this one didn't work out.
