Love Secolari balsamic fig vinegar. We add it to sautéed kale and dishes with quinoa and farro. Balances nicely with the bitterness of kale. Adds a rich, slightly sweet taste the farro and quinoa.

Secolari has the best vinegars and oil. Hands down the best. I've tried other vendors but their balsamic vinegars are too runny. The aged balsamic from Secolari is thicker and perfect, just as an aged balsamic should be. The Dark Cherry is my favorite. We also use the Basil Oil to make bruschetta and it's delightful. I won't go anywhere else to buy specialty oil and vinegar. Ordering online is also a delight and they ship quickly. The packing material was super ingenious. I've never seen anything like it. It's paper but it's cut so it acts like bubble wrap and corrugated cardboard all at once. The bottles are completely wrapped in it and come in perfect condition. It's brilliant. They could sell that shipping method to Amazon as this is the best shipping I've ever received for glass bottles. And the bonus is that my pets adore the paper shipping material. They are having immense fun playing with it. Kudos to Secolari for finding such a perfect earth friendly packing option. All around I adore Secolari and can't recommend them enough. Great company, great products.

By accident we saw the sign while driving through. Decided to check it out and VERY GLAD AND HAPPY we did. Everything we sampled and /or bought IS SIMPLY OUT OF THIS WORLD!! Organic meat, olive oil, ... you name it. Steak, hamburger and all kinds of meat they sell can't be found anywhere. I was surprised that not many people were there when we visited. It is the BEST and nowhere you can find anything close to what they sell. THE BEST. WE ARE HOOKED! ps it is a bit pricey though! But it is worth it! Thank you.

Best Basil Olive Oil you can ever imagine. Never tasted basil oil which is prepared by cold-pressed and fused method. Loved it.
