I bought some leak proof underwear online from them. They sent the wrong size. I have attempted to contact them through their contact information and by phone several times!! They don’t respond at all!!! I feel I have been ripped off!!??

A one star rating is too high for this company. Company sent the wrong item. After five attempts to contact them, they did not reply to any of the correspondence. Company does not answer phone calls either. At most, this company is high on the list of unreliable companies and should not be allowed to continue in business.

This company is a fraud. They sell a cheap Chinese product that is a joke. The sizes they give you online do not match the product you receive, and it is impossible to contact them for a return authorization because they will not reply to any email you send them, and the customer service number they give you is out of order. The product they sell is the Titan Absorbent Men's Underwear. Don't buy them. They are a prime example why we should buy American. i'm stupid for buying off of a social media add. I never learn my lesson.
