Perfect boost for triathlon transition I used them mid race between the bike and run, and it did not upset my stomach, and did give me the boost I needed to have a strong run at Cactus Man Oly.

I love these gummies! It gives just the right amount of caffeine boost before my workouts or any time I need to "wake up!" The customer service is great too!

These are just the best! They not only give me energy without the effects of too much caffeine but they also give me more focus and curb my appetite. I usually drink decaf coffee so I was amazed how these did not bother me. I recommend you start out with eating only one from the package of two. I love all the flavors too. My favorites are the raspberry and orange but really they all taste great.
