United States Department of LaborReviews of seasonaljobs.dol.gov

The U.S. Dept. of Labor seems to be a bit confused. I filed a complaint regarding my employer breaching a PBM contract (under ERISA). I received a call and was asked if I had any medical bills. At the time I didn't and was then told there's nothing that can be done. I then received a call and was told, The Dept. of Labor reached out to my former employer but, they failed to respond so, the closed the case. Why did they call if they couldnt take any action? Being that I accumulated some bills, I followed up and was told they can't seek reimbursement for medical bills? and theres nothing else they could do (then what do they do?). I learned if my former employer breached the contract or violated ERISA, civil penalties could be pursued. Seems the Dept. of Labor doesn't care to do much of anything. In the meantime, people get screwed over and DOL employees sit back, do nothing and collect a paycheck. This country sucks....

I can do many things on a farm, like I can work with a GPS tractor and I can learn fast..

The compny doing well to support the people.

You go to all the trouble of filling out their complaint form then get to the part where you enter your work phone number and it wont accept anything you put there so you cant submit the form. This country's government is a joke.

Yes I have contacted them for the US DOL and my state DOL and I am fighting to get more pay and I should have that right to have it doing work from home doing surveys these offices will see who I contact on this situation I am fighting for more pay wage and hour is saying I can't do get it why NOT!!!!!! sounds like to me they all need to get fired and why have an office like this if your not going to do jack about it.
