The product came promptly as promised but was too small, even though it was my size, according to their chart. I immediately sent an email as the Return policy states, but when I got no response, I sent a second one. I would like to return this item and order another style. I believe we can work this out. I will send a mor accurate review of the product when this exchange is achieved.

Ordered the product without checking reviews. I was not aware about the return policy and that you have to pay for shipping when you return, even though I already payed for shipping when I purchased the item. I was not aware that my order would come from Hong Kong. They get you to download the tracking app that literally makes you look up your shipping info through the ups site..it could be up to 52 days before I get my item. Which I will not even need by then. Waste of 75$.

Tue, Nov 16 at 6:25 PM is when i purchase my shapewear here it is December 8 and no shapewear, this company took my money, now i have to take further action!!!

It does not fit. I went by the sizing chart and according to it I need a 6x. It doesn't fit. I can't even get it up my legs. I am 5'6" 390lbs I usually wear a 3x. Very disappointing. I'm out 70 bucks.

I ordered a 2X and when it came it looked more like medium at best. Took a couple months to get to me too. Big let down. I threw away the package so I can't return it. Waste of time and money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING IF THE SIZES ARE THAT MUCH OFF.
